Vapofil Supplement Facts: The Full Label Explained

Quick answer

The Vapofil label lists a 2-capsule serving, 30 servings per bottle and seven actives totaling 118 mg.

Five actives are 20 mg each, tongkat ali is 10 mg and horny goat weed is 8 mg. Nothing is hidden in a blend.

To learn what each one is, see the ingredients page.

What does the Vapofil Supplement Facts panel show?

It shows a 2-capsule serving, 30 servings in the bottle and seven active ingredients, each with its own amount. Together they add up to 118 mg a day.

Many men's supplements hide their amounts inside a "proprietary blend." Vapofil prints every one, which is a real strength.

Federal rules require the box to name each plant part and weigh extracts as dried extract (21 CFR 101.36, Supplement labels).

Read carefully

Which Vapofil label lines are easy to misread?

None is hidden, but each can mislead at a glance.

Boron

"Boron Amino Acid Chelate 5%, 20 mg"

The 20 mg is the whole compound. Only 5% of it is boron, so you get about 1 mg. Food already gives most adults about that much (NIH ODS, Boron). Details on the boron profile.

Tongkat ali

"Equivalent to approximately 1000mg"

This describes the raw root used to make 10 mg of a 100:1 extract. You swallow 10 mg. Trials gave 100 to 600 mg of extract (Leisegang 2022, Tongkat ali meta-analysis).

Daggers

The † after every amount

It means "Daily Value not established." None of the seven has an official daily target, so no percent column appears (21 CFR 101.36, Supplement labels).

Horny goat weed works the same way: 8 mg of a 10:1 extract. The dose guide explains ratios in depth.

Dose check

How do the printed amounts compare with research doses?

The label gives the numbers. The bars compare them with what studies used. Try the toggle to see why the powder numbers mislead.

Label dose vs studied dose, ingredient by ingredientEach full bar is the amount used in research or typical products. The blue fill is what 2 capsules give you.
  • Saw palmetto berryAbout 1/16 of the studied amount
    Label20 mgStudied320 mg a day6.2%

The usual trial dose. A Cochrane review of 27 studies still found little to no benefit for urinary symptoms. (Cochrane review, Saw palmetto)

  • Tongkat ali extractAbout 1/10 of the studied amount
    Label10 mg of extractStudied100 mg a day10%

The lowest dose in the largest trial. Other trials used up to 600 mg. (LiverTox, Tongkat ali)

  • Boron, as elemental boronAbout 1/10 of the studied amount
    Labelabout 1 mgStudied10 mg a day10%

One week in 8 men. 20 mg chelate x 5% = 1 mg of boron. The adult upper limit is 20 mg. (Boron study, 8 men)

  • Nettle leafAbout 1/15 of the studied amount
    Label20 mgStudied300 mg a day6.7%

The low end of typical products, which mostly use the root, not the leaf. (LiverTox, Stinging nettle)

  • Horny goat weed extractAbout 1/31 of the studied amount
    Label8 mg of extractStudied250 mg3.2%

The smallest common product size. No dose has been proven to work. (LiverTox, Horny goat weed)

  • Sarsaparilla rootAbout 1/300 of the studied amount
    Label20 mgStudied6,000 mg a day0.3%

Traditional use, 2 grams three times a day. No controlled human trials. (EBSCO, Sarsaparilla)

  • Wild yam rootNo studied dose to compare
    Label20 mgStudiedNo dose shownn/a

No human study shows any dose does anything for men. The body cannot turn diosgenin into hormones. (MSKCC, Wild yam)

Label amounts per 2-capsule serving. Research figures: saw palmetto (Cochrane review, Saw palmetto), tongkat ali (LiverTox, Tongkat ali) (Leisegang 2022, Tongkat ali meta-analysis), boron (Boron study, 8 men) (NIH ODS, Boron), nettle (LiverTox, Stinging nettle), horny goat weed (LiverTox, Horny goat weed), sarsaparilla (EBSCO, Sarsaparilla), wild yam (MSKCC, Wild yam). A studied dose is not proof that a dose works. Never take more than the label's 2 capsules a day.

Even saw palmetto's full trial dose of 320 mg showed little to no benefit in a Cochrane review of 27 studies (Cochrane review, Saw palmetto).

Gaps

What does the Vapofil label leave out?

  • The maker. The label says "Distributed for GEX Corp" in Lakeland, Florida. The factory is not named.
  • A lot number and best-before date. The label art shows neither. Check the bottle base or the edge of the label on the bottle you receive.
  • Filler amounts. Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin and magnesium stearate are named but not weighed.
  • Standardization. No marker compound is listed.

None of these gaps is unusual.

Label vs marketing

Where does the label disagree with the brand's marketing?

When the two differ, the label wins.

Vapofil label compared with the brand's graphics and sales page, checked October 13, 2026. Sources: the label and (Vapofil sales page, Prices and guarantee)
TopicThe label saysThe marketing says

Time of dayNo time given"Preferably in the morning"
Health claimsNone on the frontSexual and hormone claims, checked on one page

Root versus leaf matters: nettle's prostate research used root (LiverTox, Stinging nettle). The stronger claims are checked on the sales claims page.

Fine print

What do the FDA lines on the Vapofil label mean?

Two lines mention the FDA, and neither means approval. The standard statement says the FDA has not evaluated the claims (FDA, Structure/function claims).

The second line says Vapofil was made in an FDA registered facility. Registration is a listing. FDA says it "does not denote approval" of the facility or the product (FDA, Is it FDA approved).

Before you start

The label asks anyone pregnant or nursing, under 18 or living with a medical condition to talk to a physician first. Erection problems can be an early sign of heart disease or diabetes, so bring the label along. Each component has a profile on the ingredients page.

FAQ

Vapofil label questions

What is the serving size of Vapofil?

One serving is 2 capsules, and the bottle holds 30 servings. At the labeled two capsules a day, one 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days.

How many milligrams are in one Vapofil capsule?

About 59 mg of listed actives per capsule, or 118 mg across the 2-capsule serving. The fillers and gelatin shell are not weighed.

Does Vapofil use a proprietary blend?

No. Every active ingredient has its own printed amount, from 20 mg of saw palmetto down to 8 mg of horny goat weed. So you can compare each dose with research.

How much actual boron does the Vapofil label provide?

About 1 mg of boron per day. The label lists 20 mg of boron amino acid chelate 5%, and 5% of 20 mg is 1 mg. That is close to what food supplies and far below the adult upper limit of 20 mg a day.

What does the dagger symbol mean on the Vapofil label?

The dagger (†) means "Daily Value not established." No official daily target exists for any of the seven actives, so the label shows amounts without a percent column.

What does REV 10/24 mean on the Vapofil label?

It appears to be a label revision code, most likely for October 2024, though the label does not explain it. Check that your bottle shows the same code.

Where is the lot number on a Vapofil bottle?

The label art shows no lot number or best-before date. Look on the bottle base or the edge of the label on the bottle you receive.
