The sales page says Vapofil supports libido, circulation, stamina and confidence. No trial of Vapofil has been published, and its ingredients were studied at much higher doses with weak or mixed results. Its real benefits are practical: every amount is printed, the routine is two capsules a day, and the low amounts make side effects less likely for most healthy men.

The pitch
The sales page lists four "supports" lines: libido, circulation, stamina and confidence in sexual performance (Vapofil sales page, Prices and guarantee). None comes from a study of Vapofil, because none has been published.
The page also makes sexual and hormone claims that we do not repeat. Each is checked on the sales claims page. Here we cover the four softer lines and the benefits you can verify from the label.
One rule shapes all of it. A supplement may describe normal body function. Only a drug may claim to treat a disease (FDA, Structure/function claims).

No trial of Vapofil exists. NCCIH says there is no definite evidence that any herbal product is safe or effective for sexual problems, and much of the research is in animals.
None of the seven ingredients has a human trial on blood flow. The AUA calls ED a risk marker for heart and blood vessel disease, which is why a checkup comes first.
Small tongkat ali trials used 100 to 600 mg of extract a day. Vapofil lists 10 mg. Regular activity has far stronger support for energy and heart health.

Confidence was never measured in a study of this product. Testimonials and photos are not evidence, the FTC says, and products sold this way are a known target for hidden drugs.

The legal line
Because the law reserves disease claims for drugs. FDA says a product meant to treat, prevent, cure or ease a disease is a drug, and FDA does not approve supplements for safety or effectiveness before sale (FDA, Supplements 101).
The FTC sets the bar for health ads. It expects competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally randomized human trials. Animal or test-tube work alone is usually not enough (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
"Supports libido" sounds close to a treatment claim, but it is a weaker statement. It needs no FDA review. The maker must only hold evidence and notify FDA within 30 days of marketing (FDA, Structure/function claims).

No study shows it does. The sales page lists libido support, but no trial has tested the product. NCCIH says no herbal product has definite evidence for sexual problems. Low sex drive can have medical causes, so see a doctor.
No clinical study of Vapofil has been published. The research behind its ingredients tested each one alone, usually at much higher doses: 320 mg of saw palmetto against Vapofil's 20 mg, and at least 100 mg of tongkat ali extract against its 10 mg.
There is no evidence that it can, and as a supplement it may not claim to. ED can be an early sign of heart disease or diabetes, so the first step is a checkup. Lifestyle changes and prescriptions have far stronger evidence.
That has not been shown. The sales page lists stamina and vigor, but small tongkat ali trials used 100 to 600 mg of extract a day, and Vapofil holds 10 mg. Regular activity has much better support for energy.
Federal rules require it. Any supplement that makes a statement about body function must say FDA has not evaluated it and that the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. The line is standard.
No comparison supports that. Prescription PDE5 inhibitors are drugs approved by the FDA and recommended in the urology guideline. Vapofil has never been tested. Those pills are not safe with nitrates, so a doctor decides if they fit you.
