The request goes by email. The trouble is that other lines on the same sales page, and on the returns page it links to, describe the window in different ways (Seller returns policy, Refunds).

The fine print
Why does the 30-day use rule matter?
The guarantee section ties a refund to real use. That changes how you should order.
No quick returns
Under the written terms, a refund applies after at least 30 days of use. Sending back a sealed bottle on day 5 is not what the guarantee section describes, even though the FAQ calls the promise "unconditional."
Use as labeled
The label says two capsules a day with an 8 oz glass of water. One bottle of 60 lasts 30 days, so the first bottle runs out right as the use rule is met.
The rule does not ask for a health reason. "Not satisfied" is the condition the sales page names (Vapofil sales page, Prices and guarantee). A short log of your start date and daily doses costs nothing and may help if questions come up.

The desk may not see your order
The phone number in our seller brief, +1 (302) 200-3480, is a BuyGoods desk. The live checkout is CartPanda, so that desk may not find a CartPanda order. Email first, and use the merchant contact in your order email for payment questions.
No return address on the returns page
The returns page prints no address and does not say who pays postage (Seller returns policy, Refunds). Our brief lists 85 Tenth Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10011, but mail only to the address support confirms in writing.
Purchase or delivery?
The returns page counts from purchase in its intro and from delivery in Step 1. If shipping takes a while, those two dates could be days apart.

Is a money-back guarantee a sign that Vapofil works?
No. A refund promise is a sales term, not evidence. It says nothing about what two capsules a day will do for your body.
No trial of Vapofil has been published, and most of its doses are a small fraction of the amounts used in studies. The sales page also makes sexual and hormone claims we do not repeat; we weigh each one against the research on the sales claims page.
