The product

What is Vapofil? A daily capsule for male vitality

Vapofil is a dietary supplement in capsules, sold to adult men. Two capsules make one serving, so a 60 capsule bottle lasts 30 days. The label lists seven ingredients, and the white bottle carries the words Premium Formula.

Vapofil is a dietary supplement in capsules, sold to adult men. The white bottle has a black label with electric blue stripes, the words "PREMIUM FORMULA" and 60 capsules. Two capsules make one serving, so a bottle lasts 30 days.

The label lists seven ingredients, each with its amount: saw palmetto, wild yam, sarsaparilla, nettle leaf and a boron compound at 20 mg each, tongkat ali at 10 mg and horny goat weed at 8 mg. Many men's products hide their amounts inside a "proprietary blend." Vapofil does not, and that deserves credit.

The sales page markets Vapofil for men's virility, energy and vitality, and it goes on to make sexual and hormone claims that we do not repeat here. We check each one, briefly and with sources, on the sales claims page. Everywhere else, this site sticks to the label and the research. Start with the ingredients or the full Supplement Facts.

The short version

The amounts are printed, which lets you check them. When you do, most turn out to be a small slice of what studies used. And if erections are the worry, see a doctor first: ED can be an early sign of heart disease or diabetes.

The label

What is printed on the Vapofil label?

The Vapofil label serves 2 capsules, with 30 servings per bottle. The Supplement Facts panel prints an amount for each of seven ingredients, adding up to 118 mg per serving, and lists the other ingredients.

The Supplement Facts panel is the product's fact sheet. Tap a number to decode each line.

Tap a number to see what that line of the label means.

  1. Serving size

2 capsules per serving, 30 servings per bottle. At the labeled 2 a day, one bottle of 60 lasts 30 days.

  2. Saw palmetto, 20 mg

Prostate trials used 320 mg a day, 16 times more, and still found little to no benefit.

  3. Wild yam, 20 mg

Its diosgenin is a lab raw material for hormones. The body cannot turn it into hormones.

  4. Sarsaparilla, 20 mg

Traditional use is grams a day. No controlled human trials support its proposed uses.

  5. Nettle leaf, 20 mg

Prostate research used nettle root, not leaf, at 300 to 600 mg a day.

  6. Boron chelate 5%, 20 mg

5% of 20 mg is about 1 mg of boron, near what food gives you. The adult upper limit is 20 mg.

  7. Tongkat ali, 10 mg (100:1)

"Equivalent to 1000mg" describes the raw root used to make it. Trials gave 100 to 600 mg of extract.

  8. Horny goat weed, 8 mg (10:1)

Made from about 80 mg of herb. The evidence is mostly from lab and animal studies.

  9. Other ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin and magnesium stearate. Gelatin comes from animals: not vegetarian.

  10. FDA statement

Not evaluated by the FDA. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

  11. FDA registered facility

Registration lists a facility with the FDA. It is not an approval of the product.

Every line is typed out word for word on the Supplement Facts page. Two numbers need care. Boron comes as a 5% chelate, so 20 mg holds about 1 mg of boron. And the tongkat ali line says "equivalent to approximately 1000mg" of dry powder, which describes the raw root used to make 10 mg of extract, not what you swallow.

How does the label say to take Vapofil?

The Vapofil label says to take two capsules daily with an 8 oz glass of water. It sets no time of day, though the sales page suggests the morning. Do not take more than two capsules a day.

  1. Two capsules a day

As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules daily. The label sets no time of day.

  2. 8 oz glass of water

Swallow both with a full glass of water. The sales page suggests "preferably in the morning".

  3. Storage

Keep away from heat, light and humidity. A cool, dry cupboard beats a steamy bathroom.

  4. Do not exceed

Two capsules a day is the label dose. Taking more is not on the label.

  5. Ask a physician first

Pregnant or nursing, under 18, or living with a known medical condition: talk to a physician before use.

  6. Children and seal

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.

  7. Distributor

GEX Corp, Lakeland FL 33804, +1 323-372-9581, [email protected].

  8. Made in the USA

Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. The countries of origin are not named.

The label sets no time of day. The sales page adds "preferably in the morning" (Vapofil sales page, Prices and guarantee), which is fine if it helps you remember. The label names GEX Corp of Lakeland, Florida, as the distributor; the maker is not named. Cautions are on the side effects page.

Daily routine

How do you use Vapofil day to day?

Using Vapofil takes a few seconds a day. Check that the safety seal is intact, then take two capsules, one serving of 118 mg, with an 8 oz glass of water. Do not use the bottle if the seal is damaged or missing.

Why the doctor step is on the list

Erection problems are common: NIDDK puts the number at 30 million to 50 million US men, and says ED is not a routine part of aging (NIDDK, ED facts). The same blood vessel changes that cause heart disease can show up first as ED, which is why the American Urological Association calls ED a risk marker for heart disease (AUA, ED guideline).

A doctor will ask about your health, your medicines and any supplements you take, and may order simple blood tests (NIDDK, ED diagnosis). Bring the Vapofil label. More on daily use, storage and travel is on the how to use page.

Ingredients

Vapofil ingredients: what is inside

Vapofil lists seven active ingredients: saw palmetto berry, wild yam, sarsaparilla, nettle leaf and boron chelate at 20 mg each, tongkat ali at 10 mg and horny goat weed at 8 mg. Each has its own printed amount.

Seven active ingredients plus the capsule itself, each with its own profile. Tap or hover over a card to see more.

The brand's "Inside Vapofil" graphic shows six of the seven. Horny goat weed is on the label but missing from the graphic and from our seller brief's list; it has its own profile page. The sales page FAQ also calls the nettle "root"; the label says leaf, and we follow the label.

Besides the seven actives, the capsule holds microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin and magnesium stearate. A brand roundel says "Vegetarian," but gelatin comes from animals, so Vapofil is not vegetarian. Details are on the capsule page.

One serving

How much of each ingredient is in a Vapofil serving?

A Vapofil serving of two capsules holds 118 mg of listed actives, about 59 mg per capsule. Five ingredients are 20 mg each, tongkat ali is 10 mg and horny goat weed is 8 mg.

Five ingredients get 20 mg each, so they fill most of the serving. The two with extract ratios, tongkat ali and horny goat weed, are the smallest. For scale, 118 mg is a little more than a third of the 320 mg of saw palmetto alone that prostate trials gave each day (Cochrane review, Saw palmetto).

Dose check

How do Vapofil's printed doses line up with the research?

Vapofil's printed doses sit well below the amounts used in research. Each bar shows the studied amount, and the fill shows what two capsules give you. For example, trials gave tongkat ali extract at 100 to 600 mg a day, against 10 mg here.

Each bar is the studied amount. The fill is what two capsules give you. Try the toggle.

Label amounts per 2-capsule serving. Research figures: saw palmetto (Cochrane review, Saw palmetto), tongkat ali (LiverTox, Tongkat ali) (Leisegang 2022, Tongkat ali meta-analysis), boron (Boron study, 8 men) (NIH ODS, Boron), nettle (LiverTox, Stinging nettle), horny goat weed (LiverTox, Horny goat weed), sarsaparilla (EBSCO, Sarsaparilla), wild yam (MSKCC, Wild yam). A studied dose is not proof that a dose works. Never take more than the label's 2 capsules a day.

The gap is large for every ingredient with a known study dose. Saw palmetto is 1/16 of the trial amount, and even at the full 320 mg, a Cochrane review of 27 studies found little to no benefit for urinary symptoms (Cochrane review, Saw palmetto). Boron is about 1 mg, close to the 0.9 to 1.4 mg a day most adults already get from food (NIH ODS, Boron). Matching the doses would take many capsules, which no one should try: the label says two.

Label literacy

What does "equivalent to 1000mg" mean on the Vapofil label?

It describes the raw tongkat ali root used to make the extract. A 100:1 extract concentrates about 100 parts of dry root into one part, so 10 mg of extract started as roughly 1,000 mg of root. You swallow 10 mg of extract.

An extract ratio tells you how much plant went in, not how much you get. Switch between the two extracts.

What "100:1, equivalent to 1,000 mg" really means
Dry plant used: about 1,000 mg of dry root powder100:110 mgextract in 2 capsules
  • On the label10 mg of a 100:1 extractEach grey square is one part of dry plant; it takes 100 of them to make one blue square of extract.
  • "Equivalent to"about 1,000 mg of dry root powderThe amount of raw plant used to make your 10 mg. It is not what you swallow.
  • The trials100-200 mg of extract a day in the largest trialThat is 10 to 20 of the blue extract squares, or 1,000 to 2,000 of the grey powder squares. (LiverTox, Tongkat ali)

What the ratio tells you

  • Roughly how much dry plant went into the extract.
  • That the extract is a concentrate, not plain ground root.

What it does not tell you

  • How much of the active compounds (such as eurycomanone or icariin) is inside.
  • That you get the effect of 1,000 mg. Trials weighed extract, so compare extract with extract.
  • That the ratio was tested. No lab result or standard is given.

Federal label rules say an extract is listed by the weight of the dried extract (21 CFR 101.36, Supplement labels), which is why 10 mg is the number to compare. In one review, only 11 of 41 tongkat ali products met the recommended level of eurycomanone (Leisegang 2022, Tongkat ali meta-analysis).

A 100:1 ratio means roughly 100 parts of dry root were boiled down to make one part of extract. So 10 mg of extract started as about 1,000 mg of root. The trials of tongkat ali also weighed extract, at 100 to 600 mg a day (Leisegang 2022, Tongkat ali meta-analysis), so the honest comparison is 10 mg against at least 100 mg. More on reading ratios is in the Vapofil dose guide.

Claims and evidence

Does Vapofil work? The claims and the evidence

No study of Vapofil exists. Its ingredients were studied at much higher doses, with weak or mixed results. Saw palmetto showed little to no benefit even at 320 mg, and horny goat weed rests mostly on animal data.

Research

How strong is the evidence behind Vapofil's ingredients?

The evidence behind Vapofil's ingredients ranges from lab and animal studies up to guidelines and large trials. Vapofil itself has no trials found, and horny goat weed rests mostly on lab and animal work.

Not all studies are equal. Watch how far each option has climbed.

  3. 2Small human trials

Higher means more and better research, not a better result: saw palmetto has strong research showing little benefit for urinary symptoms. Vapofil's doses sit well below the studied amounts, and no trial tested the product.

NCCIH says there is no definite evidence that any herbal product is safe or effective for erectile dysfunction, and that much of the research has been done in animals (NCCIH, Sexual enhancement supplements). Prescription PDE5 inhibitors, by contrast, are drugs approved by the FDA and recommended in the urology guideline (AUA, ED guideline). See every option side by side on the comparison page.

Fair verdict

Vapofil pros and cons

Vapofil's pros are that every ingredient has its amount printed, there is no hidden blend, and the routine is two capsules a day with water. Amounts are low, so side effects are less likely for most healthy men.

Pros

  • Every ingredient has its amount printed. No hidden blend.
  • A simple routine: two capsules a day with water.
  • Low amounts, so side effects are less likely for most healthy men.
  • Free US shipping on 3 or 6 bottles, and as low as $49 a bottle.
  • The label names a distributor with a phone number and email.

Cons

  • Most amounts are a small fraction of studied doses; saw palmetto is 1/16.
  • No published trial of the product. Horny goat weed rests mostly on animal data.
  • The "equivalent to 1000mg" line can make tongkat ali look stronger than it is.
  • Gelatin capsule: not vegetarian, despite a "Vegetarian" roundel.
  • The refund terms differ from page to page.

Weigh it the way you would any supplement: read the label, check your medicines, and talk to your doctor first. The FDA does not approve supplements for safety or effectiveness before they are sold (FDA, Supplements 101).

Reviews

Vapofil reviews: what customers say

No Vapofil customer reviews are published here yet. Star scores, quotes and face photos from sales pages and seller briefs are not shown, because none could be matched to a real buyer. Reviews appear only after they pass checks.

Only reviews matched to a real order are published, and none has passed that check yet.

Star scores, quotes and face photos from sales pages and seller briefs are not shown, because none could be matched to a real buyer. Reviews appear here only once they pass the four checks below.

  1. 1Order matched

A review goes live only after the order number and email match a real Vapofil order.

  2. 2Good and bad alike

Low ratings are published on the same terms as high ones, and nothing is edited except spelling.

  3. 3No paid or AI reviews

Federal rules ban fake reviews, reviews bought for a set opinion and AI-written testimonials.

  4. 4Health claims flagged

A review claiming a supplement can treat a disease gets a clear note, never a highlight.

Our seller brief arrived with eight sample reviews, a star score, a review count, an order count and a recommend rate. They read like template text and none could be matched to a buyer, so none of it is shown. The sales page shows three five-star "verified" testimonials and an expert quote over a stock photo; none can be checked either.

Federal rules ban fake and AI-written reviews (FTC, Fake reviews rule), and FDA warns that testimonials are easy to make up (FDA, Health fraud tip-offs). See how we check reviews.

Safety

Vapofil side effects: is it safe?

At these small amounts, the risk for most healthy men is likely low. The bigger risks sit around the product: a nitrate interaction, a missed heart warning, or look-alike products with hidden drugs. Under 18s and anyone with a medical condition should ask a physician first.

At these small amounts, the risk for most healthy men is likely low. The bigger risks in this product category sit around it: a missed heart warning, a nitrate interaction, or a look-alike product with hidden drugs. The label also asks anyone under 18 or living with a medical condition to talk to a physician first.

Heart

ED can be an early warning

The urology guideline says men with ED should be checked for heart disease (AUA, ED guideline), and NIDDK lists diabetes and blood vessel disease among the most common causes (NIDDK, ED causes). MSK advises against horny goat weed with heart disease (MSKCC, Epimedium).

Hidden drugs

Look-alikes and "herbal" pills

FDA has found unlisted sildenafil-like drugs in sexual enhancement supplements (FDA, Hidden drug notice), and NCCIH says such products are often adulterated (NCCIH, Sexual enhancement supplements). Buy only through the brand's own checkout, and check the label matches.

Medicines

Nitrates and blood thinners

Hidden ED drugs can drop blood pressure dangerously with nitrates such as nitroglycerin (Mayo Clinic, ED treatment) (MedlinePlus, Sildenafil). Saw palmetto may raise bleeding risk with warfarin (MSKCC, Saw palmetto). Tongkat ali is a possible rare cause of liver injury (LiverTox, Tongkat ali).

Before you take it

Vapofil is a dietary supplement, not a treatment for erectile dysfunction. Ask your doctor first if you take nitrates, a blood thinner, diuretics or blood pressure medicine, have heart, liver or kidney disease, or have ongoing erection problems. See side effects and safety.

See a doctor first: a quick red-flag check

Tick anything that is true for you
Nothing tickedEven so, an erection problem that lasts is worth a regular visit: it can be an early sign of heart disease or diabetes.

ED and heart disease (AUA, ED guideline) (NIDDK, ED causes); 4-hour erections (NIDDK, ED treatment) (MedlinePlus, Sildenafil); nitrates and hidden drugs (NCCIH, Sexual enhancement supplements) (FDA, Hidden drug notice); low testosterone signs (MedlinePlus, Hypogonadism). Nothing you tick leaves your screen. A supplement is never the answer to a red flag.

Every caution, and what to do if something feels off, is on the side effects page. Our ED guide explains what a doctor will check.

FAQ

Vapofil FAQ: doses, safety, refunds, price and where to buy

These are the questions people ask about Vapofil, including what it is for, the dose, safety with heart medicines, FDA status, price and refunds. Each answer starts with the fact and sticks to the label and public sources.

What is Vapofil and what is it for?

Vapofil is a capsule dietary supplement sold to adult men for daily vitality. Each 2-capsule serving lists saw palmetto, wild yam, sarsaparilla, nettle leaf and boron chelate at 20 mg each, tongkat ali at 10 mg and horny goat weed at 8 mg. It is not a drug, and no trial of it has been published.

What are the Vapofil ingredients?

Seven actives, each with its own printed amount, adding up to 118 mg per serving: saw palmetto berry, wild yam root, sarsaparilla root, nettle leaf and boron chelate at 20 mg each, tongkat ali at 10 mg and horny goat weed at 8 mg. The label also lists gelatin.

How do I take Vapofil?

The label says to take two capsules daily with an 8 oz glass of water. It sets no time of day; the sales page suggests the morning. Do not take more than two capsules a day. One 60 capsule bottle lasts 30 days.

Does Vapofil really work?

No study of Vapofil exists. Its ingredients were studied at much higher doses, with weak or mixed results: saw palmetto showed little to no benefit even at 320 mg, and horny goat weed rests mostly on animal data. A doctor's checkup and lifestyle changes have far stronger evidence.

What are the side effects of Vapofil?

No study of Vapofil itself exists, so there is no side effect data for the finished capsule. The main cautions are about mixing: horny goat weed is not advised with heart problems, and saw palmetto may add to blood thinners. If you take a nitrate, ask your doctor first.

Is Vapofil safe with heart medicines?

Ask your doctor first. If you take a nitrate such as nitroglycerin, be very careful with any sexual enhancement product: FDA has found hidden drugs in many, and those can drop blood pressure dangerously. Horny goat weed is not advised with heart disease, and saw palmetto may add to blood thinners.

Who should not take Vapofil?

The label asks anyone under 18 or living with a medical condition to talk to a physician first. The shell is gelatin, so Vapofil is not vegetarian. Ask a doctor before use if you take a nitrate, a blood thinner or any prescription medicine.

Is Vapofil FDA approved?

No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. The label says Vapofil was made in an FDA registered facility, which is a listing, not an approval. Its label carries the standard note that the FDA has not evaluated its statements.

Is this the official Vapofil website? Is Vapofil legit?

This website is run by Vapofildaily, a US stocking partner for Vapofil, not the maker or the distributor. The label names the distributor, GEX Corp of Lakeland, Florida, and lists every ingredient amount. Orders go through a CartPanda checkout.

How much is Vapofil?

One bottle is $89.00, three bottles are $177.00 and six bottles are $294.00. That works out to $49 to $89 a bottle. Three or six bottles ship free in the US. The checkout shows the final total before you pay.

Where can I buy Vapofil?

Vapofil is sold through the order links on this website, which go to a CartPanda checkout. You can pick 1, 3 or 6 bottles there, and 3 or 6 bottles ship free in the US. Purchases through these links earn this website a commission.

Can I get a refund on Vapofil?

The sales page promises 60 days from purchase, after at least 30 days of use. Its FAQ calls this unconditional, a special-offer box says 180 days, and the returns page counts from delivery in one step. Email [email protected] with Refund Request in the subject and keep the reply.

How many capsules are in a bottle of Vapofil, and how long does it last?

A bottle holds 60 capsules. At 2 capsules a day with 8 oz of water it lasts 30 days. The 3-bottle pack covers 90 days at 2 capsules a day, and the 6-bottle pack holds 360 capsules for 180 days.

Is Vapofil vegetarian?

No. The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin and magnesium stearate, and gelatin comes from animals. A brand roundel says Vegetarian, but the label lists gelatin.
